Order Policy

• Abaya prices do not include shipping fees.
• Processing time is 10 to 16 business days (excluding Fridays). The countdown begins once your transfer is confirmed.
• Orders are officially confirmed only after payment is received.
• Exchanges and returns are not accepted, as every piece is made-to-order according to the client's specifications and measurements.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us on the day of delivery so we can review the piece for exchange or adjustment.
